Hi kids!
We have a lot going on in the world of StandUp Academy and StandUp Productions! We had three awesome grad shows, and a great session of classes! Actually, we have one last improv class for the session this Saturday (3/21) at 3:00 in the main room if you want to audit.
Below are pics from the last session's classes and shows. Then, we have info on the new session that starts THIS Sunday with the joke-writing class, and NEXT Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for my stand-up classes. Improv starts back April 11. Sign up today!! Hit me back if you want to register or find out your SUA alum price or have any questions at all. Remember, payment plans available.
New SUA grads, look on the list of family members (below, right) to make sure we didn't accidentally leave you off. Welcome to the family! You are official. haha
We also have a ton of upcoming shows featuring family members and other LA comics, so check out the flyers in this newsletter. Ok, enjoy the Rubber Chicken. Thanks to Kate Roxburgh for doing most of this for me! Hope to see you all soon (back in class!). Love, Bobbie (mama)

PHIL PERRIER ENLIGHTENED ME TO A NEW WAY OF APPROACHING COMEDY WRITING. I ONLY USED TO FOCUS ON MY EXPERIENCES TO MINE FOR MATERIAL BUT HE SHOWED US THAT THERE’S A LOT OF FUNNY STUFF OUT THERE IF YOU ARE OPEN TO LOOKING AT IT AND…YOU CAN EVEN DO IT IN SOMEONE ELSE’S VOICE NO LESS!
